Ashdene House is a family run Guest House only a mile from the city centre of Edinburgh, the perfect location for those wishing to visit some of the many attractions and theatres in Edinburgh. The establishment is completely non smoking in accordance with Scottish law.
We have a variety of rooms available which sleep between one and four persons and they all feature en-suite facilities. For those with laptops you can make use of our Wi-Fi connection which runs throughout the house.
Breakfast is available in the conservatory room overlooking our garden and we have a selection of cooked or continental options available. We also cater for special diets and vegetarians.
