Averon Guest House offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of Edinburgh only a mile away from Princes Street and the many attractions and shops in the city centre. Our Georgian building dates from 1750 and although it was been refurbished throughout the years its original character remains intact.
The rooms are furnished to a high standard and some offer en-suite facilities and all the rooms have central heating. We are also pleased to offer a private car park for you to use during your stay and there is a Free Wi-Fi connection for those with laptop computers.
In the morning you can enjoy either a full cooked Scottish breakfast or a continental breakfast and for those wishing to explore other parts of Scotland we are happy to arrange tours of either Loch Ness or Loch Lomond for you.
