Iain and Dot run this five bedroom Victorian villa and during your stay here they will help you in any way they can to make your visit to Edinburgh an enjoyable one. Our location is a few miles from Edinburgh city centre and within walking distance of Edinburgh Zoo and Murryfield rugby stadium.
Three of our rooms are en-suite and all of them have their own television set and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are ideal for couples or groups of 3 or 4 persons and each has its own individual features.
