Historic Buildings
Edinburgh is a city that is filled with history, reflecting the nations rich and
interesting past. It is therefore no surprise that there are a wealth of
historic and unique building in Edinburgh that are worth visiting, the majority
of which are situated around the city centre of Edinburgh.
Visitor Attractions
There are no shortage of visitor attractions accross Edinburgh, they range in
type and price but two of the more popular attractions are the Royal Yacht
Britannia which is located in Leith and the Scottish Parliament which is free to
tour and is home to the devolved government.

Outdoor Attractions
These selected outdoor attractions are perfect for the days when the sun in
shining in Edinburgh and you want to make the most of the weather. Most of
these are free to do, such as a walk up Arthurs seat and a stroll through the
gardens. Edinburgh Zoo is the only Zoo in Scotland and is one of the
countrys most popular attractions.
Museums
There is no shortage of museums throughout the city and most of the museums that are
listed below have FREE entry. The two most popular museums are the Museum
of Scotland which is a must see on a visit to Edinburgh and the National
Galleries which has an extensive art collection including some famous Scottish
art.
